Our story

Founded in 2025 by Miles Williams, AVNZ was built on a simple premise — technical expertise is only half the job. The other half is communication. With a background spanning IT, teaching, and psychology, Miles brings a unique perspective to the audio-visual industry. He understands that every home and business has different needs, and he takes the time to ensure you actually understand how your gear works before he leaves.

Based in the Bay of Plenty, we’re a local business through and through. When Miles isn’t mounting TVs or aligning Starlink dishes, you’ll likely find him running the tracks at Mount Maunganui or capturing the coast through his camera lens. That same local pride and attention to detail go into every cable we pull and every bracket we bolt.
